How are you today?
hari ini adalah hari yang paling sibuk di minggu ini.
mengapa?
karena hari ini ada bedah kampus dari beberapa PTS (Perguruan Tinggi Swasta).
perguruan tinggi yang hadir di sekolah menyampaikan informasi melalui presentasi dan mereka juga membuka stand-stand.
ada banyak perguruan tinggi yang mengikuti bedah kampus ini, seperti STP TRISAKTI, UMB, UBL, BINUS, STEKPI, IBS, USNI, STAN, AVIASI, MOESTOPO, UHAMKA, LP3I. acara bedah kampus berlangsung menarik, selain banyak hadiah dan games, yang bikin gue excited hari ini tuh kak randy (STEKPI) ganteng banget hahaha
oh iya, tadi gue juga dapet informasi tentang jurusan HI yang gue minatin dari Moestopo. gue juga mendapatkan tawaran dari BINUS, dan dapet formulir pendaftaran gratis dari trisakti.
wah seneng banget deh bisa dapet informasi yang banyak banget buat nentuin masa depan gue nantinya, so kalo kalian juga seumuran sama gue, ya mulailah ikut acara-acara kayak bedah kampus gitu.
mereka semua nggak sayang banget untuk promosiin kampusnya dengan bawa merchandise pulpen,pin,notebook,tas,dll. Tadi ada kak Andi juga (alumni sma 32), dia mempromosikan MOESTOPO, dari Trisakti juga ada alumni 32.
banyak yang seru deh, mulai dari sulap, keberisikkan anak ips, voucher makan, pengalaman menjelajah binus, kepedeannya kak randy, dan games dari stekpi yang membuat gue panik karena ada ipang juga . hahaha . apa sih ya gue kok jadi kepikiran ipang.
tadi ada wall climbingnya juga, frysta (center basket gue, sahabat gue dari kls 1), dia tadi nekat untuk nyoba itu. bu murni (guru kimia kls 2) udah ngelarang padahal ke dia, tapi ya namanya juga frysta hitu hahaha. alhasil pulang sekolah bawa kalender,10 pulpen,dan brosur-brosur yang banyak banget hahaha. tadi gue pulang bareng septy juga kok.
nyampe rumah kaget banget gue gak ada makanan, jadinya berasa anak kos deh, MASAK MIE INSTANT!
ya masih mendinglah daripada gue nggak makan. rizky gue sms gak di bales, yaudah tadi sore gue telfon dia, haduh awalnya sih enak yah ngobrolnya, tapi lama kelamaan dia jadi nyebelin banget. kesel gue!
sekarang jadinya lagi marahan sama dia.
bete sama rizky, bingung harus ngapain secara dirumah gak ada orang.yaudah akhirnya gue nelfon Caesar (as you know, gue pernah suka sama dia, tapi gue sekarang cuma anggap dia sahabat gue aja). a lot of story we shared together, sampai akhirnya kita jujur kalo kita sama-sama kangen hahaa. maklum lah dulu kan sering banget ketemuan, attack bareng dan cerita bareng. I think caesar is my new soul (not fahmi at all). we're perfect for each other, can understand what we want and we have the same hobby (SINGING!) I hope someday, kita berdua bisa berduet di panggung internasional haha amin :).
oh iya, semuanya berakhir setelah gue cerita dan kita membuat planning kalo besok kita jalan bareng lagi (yeyeyey :))
menjelang malem, gue nggak tau mau kemana, tapi gue pikir enaknya ngeblogging dan dnegerin christian bautista, jadi gue ke warnet deh, dan terposting lah blogging ini. nah gue nggak tahu lagi apa yang akan gue ceritakan beberapa menit kedepan atau beberapa jam kedepan atau besok harinya. tapi kesimpulannya hari ini capek hehe

She's prepping for this month's big Sherlock Holmes press tour, as are her two leading men, Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law. Robert himself is having quite the month already as he just received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Penelope and Nicole Are Travelers, but Have Time For Lunch
Penelope Cruz and Nicole Kidman stepped out for lunch together at Tavern restaurant in LA yesterday. Penelope showed off her fab travel style joining her Nine costars including Nicole at their London premiere last week before bringing the promotional tour to the states for last night's screening. Penelope's man Javier Bardem meanwhile has been laying low in California and the two snuck in a movie date night over the weekend. Javier was originally supposed to be the leading man in Nine dropping out due to exhaustion, but perhaps if this ends up being another big award season for Penelope he'll be up for supporting her at some of the festivities.

Nick Jonas Says His Brothers Are 'Supportive' Of Solo Side Project
Nick Jonas took the stage without Kevin and Joe on December 1 at the Grammy nominations concert. It was the first time Jonas Brothers fans had seen him perform without his superstar siblings by his side. But there's no sibling rivalry here: He has the full support of his bros as he embarks on his side project, Nick Jonas and the Administration.
"They said they really enjoyed watching me perform from that perspective, which was really cool to hear," said Nick, who will release his LP with the Administration, Who I Am, on February 2.
Not only did he receive rave reviews from his brothers, but he has also heard good things from his fans, who are equally supportive of the solo jaunt. "[My brothers] were so supportive, and they said it was awesome," he told MTV News. "And they said people in the audience reacted really well, and they heard some great things. And so that was really encouraging."
Jonas will hit the road with his side project in January, and his big brothers are going to let him have the spotlight. "As far as them coming to shows, I think they definitely will. They've already talked about coming to the Wiltern [in Los Angeles] and the Beacon [in New York]," he said. "They also want to give me my time to do my thing out on the road, but they're going to be there supporting me as well."

Grammy award winner Ne-Yo will be performing in Malaysia for the first time! His debut concert Ne-Yo Live In KL 2010, is scheduled for January 7th 2010, 8pm at Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach. Kuala Lumpur will be one of the various stops on Ne-Yo's Year of the Gentleman Tour. The concert is expected to bring in fans locally as well as from neighbouring countries, such as Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia.
Prior to the show, audiences will be entertained by the opening act, local jazz songstress Najwa Mahiaddin.
Ne-Yo is currently one of the hottest Pop and R&B singer-songwriters in the world. Ne-Yo's hit songs "So Sick", "Closer "and "Miss Independent "all gained #1 spots on the Billboard charts and his #1 album In My Own Words has sold over 1.4 million records to date. 13 Jurus Melumpuhkan KPK
Pemberantasan korupsi di era Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) diprediksi bisa lebih memburuk di tahun-tahun mendatang. Pasalnya, di era SBY inilah terdapat upaya pelemahan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) yang dilakukan secara sistematis.
"Terdapat 13 jurus untuk melumpuhkan KPK," kata Koordinator Badan Pekerja Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) Danang Widoyoko saat acara refleksi hari antikorupsi sedunia, di kantor Tranparency International Indonesia (TII) Jl Senayan Bawah, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta, Rabu (9/12/2009).
Danang merinci ketigabelas jurus melumpuhkan KPK yang pernah terjadi dan terus terjadi hingga kini. Jurus-jurus itu adalah pertama, Judicial Review UU KPK ke Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK).
"Setidaknya MK telah menerima delapan kali UU KPK untuk diuji, salah satu
putusannya terkait dengan pengadilan tindak pidana korupsi," kata dia.
Kedua, pengkerdilan kewenangan penyadapan. Percobaan pelemahan KPK melalui jurus ini dilakukan berulang kali. "Kasus terakhir adalah Rancangan PP Penyadapan yang diinisiasi Depkominfo," imbuhnya.
Ketiga, menghilangkan atau mengaburkan kewenangan penuntutan KPK. Jurus ini sempat disusupkan dalam RUU Pengadilan Tipikor yang menyatakan penuntutan akan dikembalikan pada koordinasi Jaksa Agung. Keempat, serangan legislasi.
"Jurus ini dilakukan pada kasus RUU KPK (revisi UU No. 30 tahun 2002 tentang
KPK, RUU Tindak Pidana Korupsi (revisi UU No. 31 tahun 1999 Jo UU No. 20 tahun 2001) serta Perppu No. 4 tahun 2009 yang menjadi dasar hukum kewenangan Presiden menunjuk langsung pimpinan KPK sementara," paparnya.
Kelima, ide pembubaran KPK. Ancaman ini pernah dilakukan kalangan DPR periode 2004-2009 dari Partai Demokrat pasca KPK melakukan penggeledahan Gedung DPR. Keenam, penarikan personal penyidik dan auditor.
"Pada November 2008, Mabes Polri menarik tiga perwira polisi yang diperbantukan di KPK. Pada Mei 2009, BPKP berupaya menarik 25 auditor yang sangat membantu pembongkaran korupsi di KPK. Atas tekanan publik, rencana itu urung dilakukan," jelasnya.
Ketujuh, membekukan fungsi penyidikan dan penuntutan KPK. Sebagian besar anggota Komisi III DPR periode 2004-2009 sempat meminta KPK cuti, karena jumlah pimpinan tidak cukup lima orang, sehingga mereka mengatakan penyidikan dan penuntutan tidak sah atau ilegal.
Kedelapan, rencana audit Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) terhadap KPK. BPKP mengatasnamakan perintah SBY untuk mengaudit KPK.
"Presiden lalu membantah, namun publik tidak pernah tahu tentang ketegasan
sanksi terhadap Kepala BPKP," ungkapnya.
Kesembilan, kriminalisasi dan rekayasa hukum terhadap dua pimpinan KPK. Dari
pemeriksaan Tim 8 jelas terlihat tidak cukup bukti, bahkan proses hukum terkesan dipaksakan untuk menjerat Bibit-Chandra.
"Anggodo sebagai aktor utama dalam dugaan rekayasan yang bahkan mencatut nama Presiden SBY tidak disentuh," ujar Danang.
Kesepuluh, ancaman terhadap investigasi kasus Century. Sempat beredar pesan pendek (sms) tentang ancaman yang diduga berasal dari salah satu petinggi kepolisian terhadap dua penyidik KPK yang berada di Surabaya.
Kesebelas, penolakan pengajuan anggaran KPK.
"Pada November 2008, permohonan dana untuk pemberantasan korupsi dan
pembangunan gedung KPK di rekening 069 RAPBN 2009 ditolak DPR. Saat itu, KPK sedang gencar membongkar praktek suap anggota DPR," jelasnya.
Keduabelas, ancaman bom. Gedung KPK beberapa kali diancam bom, yakni pada Februari 2008 dan Juli 2009.
Ketigabelas, proses seleksi pimpinan KPK. Track record tidak menjadi pertimbangan serius bagi panitia seleksi yang dibentuk Presiden SBY untuk memilih calon pimpinan KPK.
"Komisi III DPR pun tetap memilih Antasari Azhar yang ditolak masyarakat luas karena rekam jejaknya sebagai jaksa bermasalah di beberapa daerah," ujar Danang.
Upaya-upaya pelemahan itu membuat pemberantasan korupsi di Indonesia menjadi suram. "Presiden SBY belum berhasil memimpin pemberantasan korupsi," lanjut Danang.

"Dua oknum polisi, yakni Briptu An, anggota Kepolisian Resor Depok dan Briptu MS, anggota Polsek Beji terbukti telah menganiaya Rizal," kata Wakil Kepala Polres Depok Ajun Komisaris Besar Polisi (AKBP) Ahmad Subarkah usai sidang disiplin terhadap empat oknum polisi tersebut di Polres Depok, Rabu (9/12).
Kedua oknum polisi tersebut dihukum kurungan 21 hari dan dimutasi dari jabatannya. Sedangkan dua oknum anggota polisi lainnya, Briptu Sup dan Brigadir Sar dikenai hukuman kurungan selama 14 hari dan 7 hari dan dimutasi dari jabatannya semula sebagai anggota Polsek Beji.
"Keduanya telah melanggar disiplin Polri karena tidak melindungi dan mengayomi masyarakat," jelasnya.
Lebih lanjut Subarkah mengatakan putusan sidang tersebut, merupakan sanksi terberat yang diterapkan terhadap pelanggar disiplin Polri. Dalam pemeriksaan sidang disiplin, Briptu An mengakui dirinya telah menganiaya Rizal.
"Saya dua kali memukul dada serta satu kali menendang kaki Rizal," jelasnya.
Sedangkan Briptu MS mengatakan saat peristiwa tersebut, dirinya sudah menampar pipi Rizal dua kali. Ia mengaku hal tersebut dilakukan sebagai gerakan refleks.
Sementara itu, JJ Rizal mengatakan kecewa dengan hasil putusan sidang disiplin tersebut karena tidak sesuai dengan dampak yang ditimbulkan di mata masyarakat.
Dikatakannya putusan hukum yang dijatuhkan tersebut tidak mencerminkan pola hukum yang ditetapkan dalam reformasi di tubuh Polri. "Sanksinya seharusnya bisa sampai dipecat," ujarnya.

Pelaku Pemukulan JJ Rizal Langgar Prosedur Kepolisian

"Dua oknum polisi, yakni Briptu An, anggota Kepolisian Resor Depok dan Briptu MS, anggota Polsek Beji terbukti telah menganiaya Rizal," kata Wakil Kepala Polres Depok Ajun Komisaris Besar Polisi (AKBP) Ahmad Subarkah usai sidang disiplin terhadap empat oknum polisi tersebut di Polres Depok, Rabu (9/12).

WHICH ONE?
God.. please I hope it can be happen for twice.
what's wrong in my heart?
is there something had been missing in my life?
I think, my life was change. it is not like usual.
I still couldn't understand with my feeling and my statement to someone.

One is from Indonesia but he continue his study on netherland and the 2nd guy is from Thailand.
if someone ask me, which one do you like? or which one do you want to be your boyfriend?
I can say, I want the first guy which is he is an Indonesian too like me. but, I don't want to "MUNAFIK"..cause I like my Thailand guy too.

Skandar Keynes was born on 5th September 1991 in London. He attended the Anna Scher theatre school between from 2000 to 2005, and his first professional acting role was as the younger Enzo Ferrari in Ferrari (2003). He later landed the role of Edmund Pevensie in the film adaptation of C.S Lewis' The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe (2005) and was the last of the Pevensie children to be cast. Unlike the others who had all endured an 18 month long casting process, Skandar was cast within just a couple of weeks. After he had been spotted, he attended three or so auditions in the space of a week before landing the part. He is expected to be appearing in the next two installments of the Chronicles of Narnia series, Prince Caspian and The Voyage of the Dawn Treader which may be filmed back-to-back in 2008. Fashion First at Senayan City
Mungkin gue agak telat untuk ngebahas tempat yang satu ini, tapi nggak akan basi deh kalo ngebahas tempatnya '5 young designers Indonesian' berkumpul menjadi satu mempersembahkan amazing work nya mereka.
senayan city yang notaben nya mall dengan gudang fashion, bikin kita laper mata kalo liat-liat butik yang ber-branded semua. lokal nya ada Fashion First, yang berisikan koleksi yang ready to wear ala 5 designer muda, seperti Barly Asmara, Priyo Oktaviano, Ade Sagi, Ichwan Toha, dan Rusly Tjonahardi. They are so talented :) .

wow!! amazing banget yah duo finalis american idol season ini. mereka meraih kesuksesan dengan menduduki beberapa chart di (hampir) seluruh dunia. congratulation :)
